Passengers can be classified as infants (less than two years old), children, adults, students, and military personnel. Each passenger and ticket incurs fees for services including flight modifications, cancellations, refunds, and future credits.

The taxes and levies that the government collects are subject to change. Additionally, you will only be billed for the whole amount that is displayed on our official website or that our representative notifies you of.

  1. Reservation fees and all other post-ticketing service fees are subject to change at any time and are not always refundable. Any fees or service costs that our suppliers or transporters may apply are not included in our price.
  2. Special Services: All special flight services are subject to airline or supplier assessment and approval and are only offered upon request. Only when requested services are available are Unique Assistance Fees billed, and they are only reimbursed in the event that an airline or supplier rejects the request.
  3. All airline refunds and future credits are governed by the airline's regulations, procedures, and fare limits.

Any penalties levied by the specific airline apply to any cancellations pertaining to travel and accommodations.

  • Name misspelling: The traveler's name on the airline ticket does not correspond with the information on their passport or other identification document.
  • Visa or Passport Decline: In order to complete a request, the passport or visa decline letter is typically needed.
  • luggage: preserve the receipts and luggage tags.
  • No-Show: We will need documentation proving that you were unable to leave on time.
  • Denied Boarding: On the day of your planned departure, we will want the paperwork proving that you were denied boarding.
  • Duplicate Flight Tickets: Copies of all tickets with the same itineraries that were purchased via us are needed in order to handle a refund request.
